DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY CLEANING SUPPLIES?

No, you don't have to provide anything. We like to use our own trusty cleaning products and equipment. We pride ourselves on our state of the art cleaning practices and use only the best of the best. However, we also like to give you a choice and, if you have any specific products and / or equipment you'd like us to use on your home, we'll gladly use them.

WILL THE SAME CLEANERS COME EACH TIME?

Yes, we're a small team! Both of our business owners will always be present at each and every clean performed. We understand the value of getting to know you and your property inside out. This is just one of the ways in which we are able deliver exceptional standards of service

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME DURING THE CLEAN?

There’s no need for you to be present while we're cleaning your home. We’re happy to clean your home at the most convenient time for you, whether you’re there or not. However, if you are at home while we clean, we’ll endeavour to cause minimum disruption.

DO YOU LAUNDER BED LINEN & TOWELS?

Yes, we can professionally launder all bed linen and towels used by your guests after each stay. We can also organise for other items to be laundered when needed such as quilts, mattress protectors, blankets, scatter cushion covers etc.

WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU WORK?

We work every day of the week, Monday to Sunday inclusive. We also work public holidays with the exception of Christmas Day.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service homes in on Phillip Island plus homes in San Remo, Inverloch, Cape Paterson & the surrounding areas.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

The cost of residential cleaning services can vary based on factors like the size of your home, the level of cleaning required, and the frequency of service. It’s best to request a quote from your chosen cleaning service to get an accurate estimate.

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

We've built our business on reputation by providing our customers with the best possible service available. Still, we appreciate that because we're only human, things may get missed from time to time. Should this happen, please contact us ASAP and we'll be sure to rectify the issue as soon as we can.

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

After each clean, we'll provide you with an official tax invoice. This will detail the agreed upon amount owed and the methods of payment we accept, which include electronic bank transfer and card payments.
